Terms of Use

These terms explain the ground rules for using MomsAround respectfully and safely.

Eligibility and your account

MomsAround is for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure, provide accurate profile information, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Membership

Digital membership is sold through Apple as an auto-renewing annual subscription. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current local price, billing period, and any introductory offer for which Apple confirms you are eligible. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of content you create and give MomsAround a limited license to host, display, moderate, and distribute it within the service. Do not post harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, scams, illegal content, private contact information, or identifying information about children. Follow the Community Guidelines and safety prompts.

Meetups and safety

Members create plans and rooms; MomsAround does not supervise in-person meetings. Meet in public, protect private information, use your judgment, and contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger. Use report and block tools for concerns.

Moderation and termination

We may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, or comply with law. You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account in the app.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep MomsAround reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee another member’s identity, conduct, or advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.

Carrier charges

Your carrier may charge for data, SMS, roaming, or international use. AA Ecom Industries is not responsible for carrier charges incurred while using MomsAround, including charges arising outside the United States.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
